Creating New Users
- Sign into track.surecam.com
- From the left-hand menu, click the "Administration" tab
- Scroll down and click "Users" (may be in the 'Accounts' folder)
- Click the "+" in the top right corner

Complete the personal details form for the user
- Click "Next"
- Select the User Role
- Click "Next"
Enabling Email Notifications for a User
- Go to track.surecam.com
- Click the Administration tab, which will take you to your administrative settings.
- Scroll down to the 'Accounts' folder and select Users.
- Click the User you would like to edit
- It will prompt you to the notifications section in the right panel. Click the Edit button and select "Email" for alert level priorities that mean the most to you.
- Click Save.
Setting up Email Notifications for Alerts
- Sign into track.surecam.com
- From the left-hand menu, click the "Alerts" tab
- Choose the Alert of interest. The details of the Alert will expand to the right.
- Click the vertical ellipsis () in the top right hand corner
- Click "Edit"
- Scroll down to the the 'Notify' section, click "Add" to choose from the available users
- Select the users who would like to receive email notifications
- Click "Save" to save your changes
Asset Labeling
- Sign into track.surecam.com
- From the left-hand menu, click the "Administration" tab
- Click "Assets"
- Click the asset / vehicle that you would like to update
- Click the Edit ()button in the right menu
- Edit the asset name (and any additional asset details you would like to modify)
- Click "Save" to save your change
Creating Alerts
- Sign into track.surecam.com
- From the left-hand menu, click the "Alerts" tab
- Click the "+" button in the top right corner of the second panel
- Complete the Alert Wizard form for your alert (default settings are listed below)
- Cost Centre: Default
- Priority: Classification of the alert on the platform (usually Medium or High)
- Event Filter: Actor = Vehicle; Action = Your desired alert (Note: SureCam cameras are wired to ignition, not the ODB, so some alerts will be unavailable. If you have questions, please contact your SureCam Support Agent)
- Click "Next" to view the summary description of your new alert
- Click "Finish" to save your alert
