The process of enabling notifications for a user from your Track View and View Pro platform is simple. Please note, you must have project administrator credentials to enable notifications for a user.
- Go to track.surecam.com
- Click the Administration tab, which will take you to your administrative settings.
- Scroll down to the 'Accounts' folder and select Users.
- Click the User you would like to edit
- It will prompt you to the notifications section in the right panel. Click the Edit button and select "Email" for alert level priorities that mean the most to you.
- Click Save.U
