If you have numerous incidents awaiting review, but you already have the footage that you need, it can be a hassle to clear the alert notification on each of the remaining incidents. Luckily, we have your time in mind! This guide will walk you through the steps to clear the alert status for a device.
- Sign into vts.surecam.com
- Click "List Devices" in the left menu
- Select the checkbox next to the device you are modifying
- Click the highlighted serial number of the device you are modifying
- Scroll down and click the "Clear Alert Status" button in the bottom left
