Updating User details shouldn't be a hassle. With our Track View and View Pro platform it's easy to amend information such as the user's name, email, phone number, password and cost centre/depot assignment.
- Sign into track.surecam.com
- From the left-hand menu, click the "Administration" tab
- Scroll down the panel to the Accounts folder tab and click "Users"
- Click the User you would like to edit
- On the top right corner, click the Edit (
)button in 'User Details' section
- Update the User's account details
- Click "Save" to save your changes
