Notifications are used to ensure that you're notified about important incidents as soon as they occur. Assigning users to receive notifications in Track View and View Pro is simple.
Important: The user profile must have email notifications enabled to receive alert notifications. To enable email notifications for a user, follow this guide: View/View Pro: Enabling Notifications for a User
- Go to track.surecam.com
- From the left-hand menu, click the Alerts tab and choose the Alert Event of interest. The details of that Alert Event will expand to the right.
- Click onto the vertical ellipsis () in the top right corner and click Edit.
- Scroll down to the the Notify section, click Add to choose from the available users.
- Select your user (or the users who would like to receive notifications)
- Click Save.
