How to reset your device
If you're having issues with your camera's Map connectivity, GPS connectivity, or LED lighting pattern, a hard reset is usually the fastest way to get your device back online.
Fortunately, this process is quite simple and can be completed independently by following the steps below:
Step 1: Assess the situation (Hard reset/Soft reset)
Step 2: Unscrew the top protective cover with the 2mm Allen/Hex key
Step 3: Remove the top cover and slide the camera to the right (if mounted)
Step 4: Unplug the power cable
Step 5: Reset the camera. For this, please select your use case:

OBD (Hard reset): Unplug the device by the OBD port while the vehicle is on and in an open area. We want to leave the device unplugged for five minutes. After that time is up, you can plug it back in. It will take the device one minute to reconfigure. Please drive the vehicle for a couple of minutes, making sure the LED light sequence shows solid red and solid blue or green (depending on firmware).

OBD (Soft reset): Have the vehicle on in an open area and press and hold the Reset button located on the top of the device for 15 seconds. It will take the device one minute to reconfigure. Please drive the vehicle for a couple of minutes, making sure the LED light sequence shows solid red and solid blue or green (depending on firmware).

Hardwired (Hard reset): Have the vehicle on and unplug the power cord from the camera. We want to leave the device unplugged for five minutes. After that time is up, you can plug it back in. It will take the device one minute to reconfigure. Make sure the LED light sequence shows solid red and solid green.
