Changing Your Account Login Information
During your onboarding process, you will receive both a username and password from a SureCam Support Agent that will allow you to access your online dashboard. If you would like to change your password from its default setting or need help retrieving forgotten account credentials, you will need to follow a few steps specific to the SureCam online platform you have purchased.
VTS Clients and Forgotten Passwords:
For clients with access to our VTS (or Travido) Legacy Platform, you will need the assistance of a SureCam Support Agent to change your password or reset account information. For our North American clients, please email Support@SureCam.com (US clients) with your request. Our European clients should reach out to CustomerServiceUK@SureCam.com (global clients) for further assistance.
View/View Pro Clients:
In order for our View/View Pro clients to change your password from its default setting, you will need to log into your online platform dashboard and select the 'profile' sections in the bottom left corner.
Once you have accessed the profile section, select the 'edit' icon near the top of the screen.
This will take you to the following screen where you may enter your new password in the highlighted section, and click 'save' in the bottom right corner to finalize changes.
View and View Pro Forgotten Passwords:
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, simply click the 'Forgot?' button on your log-in screen. This will allow you to fill in your email, and reset instructions will be sent to your inbox.
