If you find you are not receiving alerts from your connected camera device, you should follow the steps below to troubleshoot potential issues:
- Check for connectivity: Be sure your vehicle and associated device are in an open area and are able to connect to the cellular network. You should check for the associated LED light sequence found in our LED Light Guide. If you find the lights are displaying the incorrect sequence, please refer to the steps in our light guide and hard reset guide for assistance.
- Check for installation issues: Be sure to check that your camera is properly secured to the interior of your vehicle. Loose mounting may result in additional notifications due to the additional movement of the device.
- Adjust your settings: You may find that you want to adjust the trigger sensitivity on your camera to be either more or less sensitive. VTS users can access instructions for adjusting camera settings here.
