If you find that you are receiving too many alerts from your connected camera devices, you may need to adjust your device settings so they are less sensitive to over-the-road incidents. To do this, please reach out to Support at Support@SureCam.com (US clients) or CustomerServiceUK@SureCam.com (global clients).
*Please note, you should also be sure to check to make sure the connected camera is securely installed in the vehicle. Additional movement from an unsecure installation could also be a cause for excessive notifications.
