If you find you are not receiving alerts from your connected camera device, you should follow the steps below to troubleshoot potential issues:
- Check for connectivity: You should check that your LED lights are on.
- Check for installation issues: Be sure to check that your camera is properly secured to the windshield, check wiring and placement of camera.
