If you are unable to Request Footage via View/View Pro on your own, you may reach out to support in an attempt to pull footage. You can access video pulls directly from SureCam View and View Pro once footage is available.
- Sign into track.surecam.com
- Click the "Applications" tab dropdown in the left menu
- Click "SureCam Plus" from the dropdown menu
- To the right (in SureCam Plus), sign in with your credentials (see login details below)
- Once signed into SureCam Plus, click "Event Videos" to the left
- Scroll through the list of timestamps and click "View" and / or "Download" to the right of the footage you are looking for

Your credentials to SureCam Plus are your credentials to the Applications tab that your SureCam Support Agent provided you with after platform training. If you've forgotten your SureCam Plus password, you can click Forgot password? to receive a password reset email. |
