When you are seeking footage that did not necessarily trigger an event or the span of time for the download is too large for the online server, it can be helpful to remove the SD card from your camera and download it directly onto your computer. After carefully removing the SD card from your connected camera device, please follow the instructions below to acquire your desired footage.
*Please note that the camera will not be able to record footage without the SD card. Please take special care to return the SD card to the device after retrieving the desired video footage.
Pulling Footage from your SD Card:
After carefully removing the SD card from your device, you may take it to your personal computing device to download footage. This can be accomplished by inserting the SD card into either a reader or directly into your computer.
*Please note, you should not opt to reformat footage when attempting a download. This will result in the deletion of the footage and it will be unretrievable.
After connecting the SD card with your computer, you will be able to download larger portions of footage. Please note that footage pulled directly from your SD card will be timestamped in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Adjustments should be made to narrow footage to your specific time zone.
