- Using a smartphone, login to install.surecam.com with the login credentials from your welcome email. Follow the prompts on the screen to verify your installation.
- There is troubleshooting support within the verification tool. Below are two addition errors that might arise in Step One and the steps to help resolve them.
- Camera has a Flashing Green light: <screenshot of installation tool> Click this button to continue.
- Camera has a Solid Red light: Unplug Camera from the Six Pin connector. This will reset the camera. Leave the camera unplugged for one hour. Plug the six-pin connection back in and restart verification. If light is still solid, call support.
