LED Light Connectivity Troubleshooting
When your camera is functioning correctly, it should display the following light sequence in the lower-left portion of the camera:
- Solid orange LED light
- Slow flashing red LED light
- Solid green LED light
If the correct light sequence is not shown, you may be experiencing issues with device connectivity. Many find they are able to successfully reconnect their device after performing a Hard Reset.
In order for the device reset to be successful, it is imperative that the hard reset be performed in an area that is able to connect to the GPS cellular network. For this reason, we recommend moving your vehicle into an open outdoor space before attempting recalibration. Once the vehicle has been moved, the hard reset can be attempted again. Be sure to allow several minutes after the restart for the device to reconnect and the proper LED pattern to resume.
