Track View and View Pro users can access video in just a few clicks through their online platform. To locate your footage, first, log in to View/View Pro using your personalized login credentials. See our help center guide article if you need assistance retrieving login credentials.
You will then be taken to your platform home screen. Where you can see your navigation sidebar and a list and map of your assets.
From there, you will click the "Alerts" tab on the left-hand side of the screen. A new tab will appear with several options. Select the "Camera Alerts" option highlighted below as this will take you to a list of high alert incidents recorded by your device.
