Where do I go in VTS to view my videos?
For VTS (or Travido) users, you have multiple options to filter and sort your video content. Starting on your home screen, navigate to the menu on the right-hand side of your screen. It is highlighted in red in the image below:
To find a comprehensive list of uploaded videos for all of your devices, click "Videos" on your left-hand side bar.
This will take you to a chronological list of recorded videos for all of your devices. This list includes all low, medium, and high events that took place within your device's continuous recording settings. You can filter your results by the date and time in the highlighted portion at the top of the page. You can also download any available footage by selecting "download" on the right-hand sidebar.
If you are looking specifically for high alerts and button presses, navigate to the "Incidents" tab on your right-hand sidebar. This will take you to the screen below where you can view the listed incidents organized by date, time, and vehicle. Once again, you can filter through results at the top of the page by entering a specific date and time in which you think the incident occurred.
By clicking on an incident, you will be taken to the next screen which breaks down the event in more detail. You also will have the option to download the desired footage.
