LED Light Connectivity Troubleshooting
When your camera is functioning correctly, it should display the following light sequence in the lower-left portion of the camera:
- Solid orange LED light
- Slow flashing red LED light
- Solid green LED light
If the correct light sequence is not shown, you may be experiencing issues with device connectivity. To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend attempting a hard reset on your device. Doing so typically allows the device to recalibrate and resolves connectivity issues. For more information on how to perform a hard reset, please read our Hard Reset Guide.
